GFUL Legend Loses Long Battle Print
Written by Bill Fulton

Most esteemed GFUL Legend, Eric Wills, aged 68, passed away on Christmas Day after a long and brave battle at the Geelong Hospital.   Eric was a gentle giant who lived and breathed the GFUL, working tirelessly in many varied roles for over 45 years.

A true local umpiring Legend, Eric was the very first inductee into the GFUL "Hall of Fame" in 2005.

The GFUL will always remember and honour this great man.

The funeral service was held on Monday 31st December at Tuckers Chapel, Hope Street, Geelong West at 10:00am.
