A Grand Day for the Stephensons Print
Written by Bill Fulton

Grand Finals are common place in the Stephenson household.   Goal Umpire, Ray, who already has the Bellarine Senior Grand Final under his belt this year, is the Emergency Goal Umpire for this weeks Geelong Football League Grand Final at Skilled Stadium.   Ray will be at the ground nice and early to keep a close watch on sons James and Adrian whilst he is sitting in the dugout at Skilled Stadium.   Adrian will be one of the Field Umpires in the U/18 Grand Final between Bell Park and South Barwon, whilst later in the day, James will be joined by Steve Trotter and Jason Formosa in charge of the blockbuster Senior Grand Final between St Josephs and South Barwon.    Not a bad effort from an extremely unique family.
